Materials do not become circular by themselves. People make the system work: designers, builders, city officers, researchers, suppliers, students, citizens and local organisations. A reusable component needs the right design, connected documentation, clear procurement choices and explicit skills on the construction site. The travelling demonstrator brings these groups together around one shared object. Through talks, workshops, guided visits and local activities, it becomes a place where practical questions can be asked and new routines can begin.
